As the darkness set in, fogs rolled over Black Balsam Knob in North Carolina and the view was totally obscured. Rest of the night I was mostly running up and down the mountain trying to find a spot where it isn't too foggy. There wasn't much of a meteor storm per se but Tau Herculid did put on a decent show that I enjoyed very much. Though not much was captured in the frame, it was astounding just to be there and watch the meteor shower dazzle the night sky. It was an amazing sight to witness.
